TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the MLV Pro League platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are eligible to participate in competitive esports activities.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and session.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Providing a truthful display name and profile information.

You may sign in using Google. When you do, MLV Pro League receives your email address and basic profile information solely to create and authenticate your account.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a team.
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, captains, casters, or admins.
  • Cheat, manipulate match results, or otherwise compromise competitive integrity.
  • Share your account credentials or session token with another person.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

5. TEAMS AND TOURNAMENTS

Team captains and org owners are responsible for managing their rosters in accordance with league rules. Tournament participation is governed by the format, eligibility, and scheduling rules set by MLV Pro League admins. MLV Pro League reserves the right to remove teams or players that violate these rules.

6. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

MLV Pro League may suspend, restrict, or ban accounts that breach these Terms or league rules, including the accumulation of Ruleset (RS) penalty points. Suspensions may be temporary or permanent depending on severity.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The MLV Pro League name, logos, and platform content are owned by MLV Pro League. User-generated content (display names, team branding, profiles) remains the property of the user, who grants MLV Pro League a licence to display it on the Platform.

8. DISCLAIMERS

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MLV Pro League does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform.

9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via the Platform's announcements section. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
