MLV Pro League ("we", "us", or "our") operates this platform as an esports league management hub for organising tournaments, teams, and competitive matches.

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

We collect only the minimum data necessary to run the platform:

• Email address — used to create and authenticate your account.
• Display name / username — shown on your player profile and team roster.
• Profile information — avatar, bio, country, social links, and team membership that you voluntarily provide.
• Match and tournament data — scores, results, and league activity recorded as part of competitive play.

If you sign in with Google, Google shares your email address and basic profile information (name and profile picture) with MLV Pro League. This is used only to create and authenticate your account and to populate your player profile display name. We do not use this data for advertising or marketing.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your data is used solely to operate the MLV platform:

• Creating and managing your account and player profile.
• Displaying team rosters, standings, and match schedules.
• Sending platform-related notifications (e.g. match results, admin responses to support tickets).
• Administering league rules, cooldowns, and competitive integrity measures.

4. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR DATA

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise pass your personal data to any third party for commercial purposes. Your information is never used for advertising, profiling, or marketing by external organisations.

5. NO ANALYTICS OR TRACKING

We do not use any third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics), advertising networks, or behavioural tracking technologies. No tracking cookies are placed on your device beyond those strictly necessary to keep you logged in to your account.

6. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

Your data is stored securely via the Base44 platform. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information from unauthorised access. Sensitive fields such as emails have been securly hidden from the public to the best of the teams ability/knowledge, if you believe this to be incorrect please contact support through the ticket platform via your dashboard.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of any inaccurate information on your profile.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.

To exercise any of these rights, please submit a support ticket through the platform dashboard.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be announced via the platform's announcements section. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We use Google's sign-in service to authenticate users. Google's privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy, describes how Google handles your data when you use Google sign-in. MLV Pro League only receives the email and basic profile details described above and does not request any additional Google scopes.
